Dusting in all rooms. Includes fans, blinds, door frames, shutters, light fixtures, polishing, cleaning mirrors, and glass doors. Basic cleaning of bathroom countertops, mirror, tub, shower, toilet, and empty trash. Basic cleaning of kitchen countertops, outside of appliances, sink, inside of microwave, and emptying trash. All floors will be swept/mopped and all carpets vacuumed.

Includes all aspects of the basic clean, adding wipe downs of window sills, doors and door frames, baseboards, outside of cabinets, and spot cleaning on walls.

Includes all aspects of the deep clean, adding cleaning the inside of cabinets, fridge, and oven. Anything left behind will be thrown into the trash, but there should be no furniture left behind. HOUSE MUST BE VACANT!

These cleans can be custom upon certain request. Triple deep clean with special attention to floors. Specifically tailored to remove dust debris build up post construction. Please note that thicker dust debris could cause this clean to not be 100% perfect, and may require another basic clean to get the rest! DOES NOT INCLUDE inside of cabinets or appliances.

For this service, we bring our own dump trailer! We do require you to sort through and remove personal items before our arrival as everything left behind will be hauled away! It is VERY important that it is understood that we are NOT responsible for any personal items left behind.
